• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), department, subject and message, which you send to us voluntarily.
• Job applications: if you apply by email, the details and documents you send.
• Booking a call: if you use our Calendly link, the details you give Calendly. This happens on Calendly's site under their terms.
• Usage data (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.
• Preferences stored in your browser: your language and your cookie choice.

3. How We Use It

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
• To evaluate job applications.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (analytics, only with your consent).
• To meet legal obligations and protect the website from abuse and spam.

4. Who Receives Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We use these service providers:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivers your contact-form message to our inbox.
• Google Analytics — usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Calendly — call booking, only if you use it.

These providers may process data outside Jordan. We may also disclose data when required by law.

5. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case they follow our contract and legal record-keeping periods. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data follows the retention set in Google Analytics (14 months).

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by emailing astracoretech@gmail.com. We aim to answer within 30 days. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the cookie banner will ask again.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Messages are sent to a restricted company inbox and are not stored on the website itself. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
